Traveler Dev Ltd. Terms of Service
Traveler Dev Ltd. (we/our) is a company registered in England with Companies House number 13120175.
These terms of service are here to make sure that you, our customer, and we, a very small company, have all the legal bases covered for a productive relationship. They are dense and full of legalese, though, so feel free to reach out if you have a question about them.
1. Terms
By accessing our products or services, including our websites or apps like Photo Tamer, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms or live in a jurisdiction with which we (governed by the laws of the US, UK, and EU) cannot do business, then we’re sorry but you can’t use or access our products or services.
Our products, including their code and designs, are protected by copyright and trademark to the fullest extent possible.
2. Use License
- Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any given product or service per device for your personal use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the software or materials therein;
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software or code we provide you;

- This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. We may also terminate it at any time if we need to do so. If your license is terminated due to a violation of these terms, then you must delete any copies of software or materials you have acquired from us.

- The materials we provide, including our apps like Photo Tamer, are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Traveler Dev Ltd. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
- Further, Traveler Dev Ltd. does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its websites or otherwise relating to such materials.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Traveler Dev Ltd. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our products, even if Traveler Dev Ltd. or an authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. These limitations shall apply to use in all jurisdictions where they are permitted to the full extent allowed.
5. Accuracy of materials
We are sorry to say that our products, services, and other materials could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Traveler Dev Ltd. does not warrant that our materials are flawless, accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to our materials at any time without notice. However, we also do not make any commitment to update materials and may be unable to or elect not to.
6. Links
Traveler Dev Ltd. has not and does not review sites that link to or are linked from our apps and websites. We are not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Traveler Dev Ltd. of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
7. Modifications
Traveler Dev Ltd. may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using our products or services you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
